A few students looking for specialized courses would opt for an educational
opportunity in Singapore, Switzerland, France or Germany. For research-oriented
programs such as the Master’s degree we recommend that you pursue a degree in
the United States. The democratic and innovative spirit of the American culture
will ensure that you will be at the helm of the most recent trends in terms of
research. For an MBA degree United States and United Kingdom are the top
choices. A student looking for a hotel management would opt for a degree in
Switzerland, which is renowned for its hospitality industry.

Educational system in each country
India
In India after one completes the 10th grade the student is enrolled in junior
college for the 11th and 12th grade. The Bachelor’s degree is spread over 3
years, except in the case of professional degrees. Engineering and Pharmacy
courses are spread over 4 years while a Medical degree is spread over 5 years
including the internship. The Master’s degree is spread over two years and a
Doctoral degree or the Ph.D. is spread over 3 years.

schools offer pre-professional major’s which are also spread over the four year
degree example the pre-med or pre-law major if you want to pursue a career in
Medicine or Law. The Master’s degree is a two-year degree. Students inclined
towards a research oriented program would pursue the Ph.D. degree which is a
four to six year degree depending on the nature of the research work that is
being carried out.
UK
One completes his ‘O Level’ followed by the ‘A Level’ before he begins college.
These are the basic requirements for entry into the bachelor’s degree. The

is spread over approximately four years.

the nature of the research work that is being carried out.
New Zealand
